I'm Nodens, a freelance digital artist from Ukraine.
I mostly work on fantasy-related themes, book illustrations, character & creature design, environment and horror art.
Terms of service:
By ordering a commission you agree to the Terms of Service.
My commissions are digital illustrations for personal and non-commercial use.You must inform me if the work involves commerce. Commissions for commercial use require a contract and are not part of these TOS. If you would like to order a drawing for merch, books, and other products for sale, see the βcommerceβ section:
π I take full payment 100% after approve sketch and palette. I don't refund your money if you change your mind. But if I canβt finish art because of force majeure, I will refund all price.
π You can make unlimited edits on the sketch stage, and 3 edits after approvement. For another edits, an extra payment is charged about 15% of the total cost. Iβm not going to make global changes (like the whole pose or the entire outfit) for free after the sketch, so please be specific.
π The deadline 1-2 months after payment, depending on the complexity of the work. It can be reduced for an additional fee 50% and I will do your art first in line.
π As author of artwork, I maintain the copyrights and I am allowed to use it (portfolio, social media, print store) unless we agree otherwise.
π You are allowed to use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, avatars, character charts, reference sheets, forums, roleplay etc, and print it for your personal use only. You are not allowed to sell copies of the artwork unless we agree otherwise.
π You will receive the artwork as a full resolution 300 dpi file and a smaller version with my watermark on it. To prevent art theft I strongly suggest using the watermarked version - itβs safer that way. Please contact me if you need any specific crop or size.
π I reserve the right to decline a commission or remove a client from the waiting line if they behave inappropriately towards me or in the comment section of my submissions.
π You can request more than one commission at once. If youβre getting a group commission, Iβd appreciate it if the payment would be sent from one person.
π Turning the artwork into NFT is forbidden. I forbid using any of my art for any doings with the help of AI and neural networks.Payment:

It will make my work way easier because English is not my native language and I just want to avoid any possible misunderstandings.Please skip the parts that don't apply to your commission type. I will appreciate giving me as much artistic freedom as possible. If youβre not sure what kind of commission would be best or what to do to make your commission/design look more interesting, you can leave it to me. I will be more than happy to suggest a pose, design something for you or simply help you with putting your ideas into one!
